Gabriel’s career in the construction and mining industries began after he graduated from high school in 2007. In 2007, he worked as a by-day worker at construction sites and a blue sky factory in Nsawam, then continued his work at Wileb, an explosive company as a blasting labour/assistant in 2008. Gabriel’s passion and hard work earned him promotions throughout the industry. He worked his way up from storekeeper to driller assistant, then supervisor, operations manager, and finally general manager of New Starrock Co. Ltd, which later became Rock Masters.

Between 2008 and 2013, he handled the rental and operation of earthmoving equipment, trucks, and drilling rigs. In search of fresh experiences, Gabriel traveled to Thailand and spent a year teaching English. When he returned, he began his entrepreneurial journey by starting a rig rental service. Gabriel later launched the Hoga Company, which marked the start of his entrepreneurial adventure in 2016.

Gabriel made a key move, joining Master Stone Thrower Mining Ltd as the Managing Director’s assistant. He grabbed the opportunity to learn and got a blasting license, eventually advancing to the rank of general manager before resigning to be self-employed in 2021.
